The Council of Europe is looking for one provider (provided at least one bid meets the criteria) with expertise on procuring, installation/assembly, configuration, and testing (where applicable) of equipment – office furniture, office and computer equipment, appliances – at the premises of the Centre for Excellence with the Institute for Execution of Criminal Sanctions, Detention and other Measures of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The prices in the Financial Offer completed by the bidder should be competitive and reflect the current prices on the BiH market.

 Tenders must be submitted through the e-procurement platform. Bids submitted by email or letter will be rejected. This Call for Tenders is implemented under the Council of Europe Project “Providing for effective reintegration of violent extremist offenders in Bosnia and Herzegovina (PER-VEO) - Council of Europe Office in Sarajevo”, which is funded under the Council of Europe’s Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2025. The overall purpose of the project is to continue supporting the efforts of Bosnia and Herzegovina authorities to facilitate the processes of reintegrating violent extremist offenders (VEOs) into the local communities, thereby enhancing the overall safety and security of the population.
