The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is implementing the project “Strengthening democratic innovations and promoting human rights at local level in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Phase I” as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2025.

In that context, it is looking for a local Provider for provision of IT and web development services for the creation of an online platform.

The expected start date is 2 December 2024. The deadline for tendering is 20 November 2024.
