The fifteenth in-service training session for judges and prosecutors within the framework of the Joint Project on "Supporting the Individual Application to the Constitutional Court in Turkey" was held on 16-18 November 2018 in İzmir.  It was attended by 105 judges and prosecutors from first and second instance courts (Courts of Appeals), twelve trainer/facilitator judges and prosecutors as well as the representatives of the Ministry of Justice.   • The right to liberty and security;
  • The right to a fair trial;
  • The right to property;
  • The right to respect for private life and family life;
