In close cooperation with the State Advocate, the action has upgraded its case management infrastructure. The upgraded system allows quick access to information, easy data management and increased transparency. A recent upgrade of the system coupled with the training of relevant staff of the institution. These measures will further enhance the capacities of the State Advocate to execute the judgments of the Court in a more efficient and prompter manner.

The action “Supporting enforcement of the judicial decisions and facilitating the execution of ECtHR judgements in Albania”, is part of the “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022” programme, co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
