The Project is launching the tender procedure for purchase of international consultancy services to support the implementation of the Project with a particular expertise on organisation of the Ombudsperson’s Office work and its internal procedures, protection of personal data, prevention of ill-treatment via implementation of the NPM etc. Based on different thematic areas of the Project’s activities, the present tender is divided in 3 Lots:
- Lot 1: International standards as regards regulatory framework of the National Human Rights Institutions (Ombudsperson’s Offices) functioning
- Lot 2: International standards of Personal Data Protection
- Lot 3: International standards of prevention of illtreatment through implementation of the National Preventive Mechanism
Interested international consultants are invited to refer to the Tender File, provided below, for the list of expected deliverables (not exhaustive) within respective Lots, eligibility and award criteria. The tender offer should obligatory contain the completed and signed Act of Engagement and required supporting documents as specified in the Tender File.
The deadline for submission of tender offers is 23:59, 1 March 2020 (Kyiv time). All the offers shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email address [email protected], with the following reference in subject: Tender 4757/2020/6. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.
All questions shall be submitted at least 5 (five) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Tender 4757/2020/6_Question.
