Sweden: publication of the 4th Advisory Committee Opinion

At the initiative of the Government of Sweden, the Council of Europe Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities published its Fourth Opinion on Sweden on 16 October 2017. Government comments on the opinion are due on 5 February 2018.
