The Fifth Opinion on Kosovo* of the Council of Europe Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities has been published today. The monitoring of Kosovo* takes place in the framework of an Agreement signed between the Council of Europe and UNMIK on 23 August 2004.
