The aim of this portal is to make the practical teaching and training resources developed over the years  available to education professionals across Europe. The resources focus on the priority themes and concerns of the Council of Europe namely Human Rights, democracy and the rule of law. They are intended to help practitioners to foster and promote a democratic culture in their day-to-day practice be it in their classrooms, extramural activities or be it on the level of the whole school.
