Back Multiple thinking

The activities in this unit are designed to help participants experience, understand and structure the world differently to provide them with different learning approaches, taking into account that knowing one’s own learning style helps develop coping strategies to compensate for weaknesses, to capitalise on strengths. Talking about how people structure processes differently, how people perceive and express information differently, encourages the learners’ critical thinking skills and allows them to take responsibility for their own learning process and that of their students. Finally, they discuss the reasons and ways of giving proper feedback (not stopping the learner in their work but motivating them).

The unit, developed within the Pestalozzi Programme, can be used at in-service training of teachers in all levels of education.
