The Council of Europe has extended the deadline for applications for its call for providers of graphic design services to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis for the “WE CAN for Human Rights Speech” project.

Part of the project involves implementing 10 short campaigns promoting human rights narratives countering hate speech, including antisemitic hate speech and hate speech targeting Roma, and Muslims. The campaigns will promote human rights narratives that provide alternative views and critical response to often heard discriminatory and false narratives that underpin hate speech online. 

To assist in the preparation of visual content for the campaigns, the Council of Europe is looking for providers of graphic designs (including online materials for social media campaining, infographics, cartoons, memes, photo-based content) elaborated in online thematic workshops and meetings.

 Deadline for applications is extended to 3 May 2021 (midnight CET)
