Brussels and on-line on 26 and 27 April 2022

An occasion for networking, sharing information and forging new synergies for spreading human right speech against on-line hatred, the conference is held in hybrid format, allowing for both in-person and remote participation.

The two morning plenary sessions, held in hybrid format, will focus on stock-taking, reflect on recent developments and on how to strengthen partnerships to address outstanding challenges in countering on-line hatred. The results achieved and tools developed by the project “We Can for Human Rights Speech” will be showcased and various thematic workshops will be organized in the afternoons both in Brussels and on-line.

The Conference will welcome practitioners, researchers, educators, activists and experts from Europe.
