The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) officially presented its evaluation report of European judicial systems. The event took place at 3 pm in the Foum in the Hofburg Congress Centre. After an opening by Council of Europe representatives, general remarks were made by the Minister of Justice of Austria, the Minister of Justice of Azerbaijan and France. Treaty Ceremony
