Change Management trainings for top officials and staff of the two Croatian beneficiary institutions were successfully implemented in form of three workshops dedicated to various change management topics: Change management strategy and implementation on 19 July 2023; Effective communication and Digital Leadership on 6 and 8 August 2023.
The activities were organised under project’s Output 6 (“Change management strategy with recommendations for judiciary trainings with the application of digital solutions”) with the focus on the application on change theory through illustration of possible challenges and scenario of changes that the participants are most likely to encounter related to the introduction of online training as a standard training tool. First workshop included work on building a change management map and on building the vision and the mission of the Judicial Academy and connecting it to the identified goals. Second and third workshops put emphasize on the understanding of psychological effects of changes, including development of interpersonal communication skills, leadership, coaching and active listening as well as digital continuity and best practices in process design.
In total 43 participants from the Judicial Academy of Croatia and the Office of the Representative of the Republic of Croatia before the European Court of Human Rights attended the workshops.
The Project “Promotion of the rule of law and fundamental rights through high-quality online trainings in the Croatian Judiciary” is aimed at providing support to the Judicial Academy of Croatia to improve the methodology, tools and expertise to design and deliver high-quality training.
The Project is co-funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument, and implemented by the Council of Europe, in cooperation with the European Commission, the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM).
