Promotion of the Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights through High-Quality Online Trainings in the Croatian Judiciary

MAIN OBJECTIVES
- To support the Judicial Academy in Croatia to improve the methodology, tools and expertise to design and deliver high-quality trainings
- To strengthened capacities of the Judicial Academy to design and implement online training and their general ability to meet the trainings needs through digital solutions
EXPECTED OUTPUTS AND RESULTS
- Reinforced the Judicial Academy training methodology with more focus on e-learning
- Improved Judicial Academy’s capacity to deliver high-quality trainings tailored to the needs of the Croatian judiciary
- Provided training and upgraded the digital tools used by the Judiciary Academy
- Provided trainings on rule of law and fundamental rights
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Establishment the needs of new trainings and further upgrade and improvement of digital tools
- Development of recommendation on the training methodology of the Judicial Academy, with more focus on e-learning and support in their implementation
- Establishment of pilot trainings on rule of law and fundamental rights developed, to be implemented jointly with Judicial Academy
