The European Union, the Council of Europe and UN Women organised a series of webinars on preventing and responding to violence against women

The European Union, the Council of Europe and UN Women organised a series of webinars "A thousand ways to solve our problems: Preventing and responding to violence against women from an intersectional perspective in the Western Balkans and Turkey," within the framework of the EU-UN Women programme “Ending violence against women in the Western Balkans and Turkey: Implementing Norms, Changing Minds.”

The first webinar “Intersectional solutions to eliminate violence against women and girls in rural areas” held on the occasion of the International Day of Rural Women, on 15 October 2020, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. CEST (GMT+2).

English was the working language of the webinar. Simultaneous interpretation was provided in Albanian-Kosovar, Bosnian-Montenegrin-Serbian, Macedonian, and Turkish languages.
