A Guide for developing a mentoring programme on women’s access to justice for legal professionals and the Guidance note -Framework for measuring access to justice including specific challenges facing women are now available in the local languages of the beneficiary countries of the regional action on “Women’s Access to Justice in the Western Balkans,” funded by the European Union and Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye-Phase III”.
The Guide for developing a mentoring programme on women’s access to justice for legal professionals provides practical recommendations to strengthen the competencies of legal professionals for a more gender responsive justice response.
The Guidance note - Framework for measuring access to justice including specific challenges facing women presents existing research and resources on how to measure women’s access to justice. It offers new measurement tools and a methodology for addressing the increasing needs in this area.
