The Council of Europe is launching a call for the provision of publication design and layout services on access to justice in Eastern Partnership countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine) in the framework of the EU/Council of Europe Partnership for Good Governance II regional project “Women’s Access to Justice: delivering on the Istanbul Convention and other European gender equality standards”.
The purpose of this call is to identify three publication design and layout providers with outstanding quality features to support the implementation of the project in the areas of access to justice and preventing and combating violence against women, domestic violence and gender equality publications.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File under the clauses “Tender rules” and “Documents to be provided”.
The deadline for submission of applications is 3 June 2020.
Selected consultants will be consulted on an as-needed-basis.
