The Committee of Ministers adopts new decisions on the implementation of the European Court's judgments

The latest decisions adopted on the implementation of judgments from the European Court of Human Rights have been published by the Committee of Ministers.

During its 1406th Human Rights meeting, the Committee adopted 37 decisions concerning 16 member States. Four interim resolutions were adopted in the context of the supervision of the Bell v. Belgium case, the Bekir-Ousta and Others v. Greece group of cases, the Navalnyye v. Russia case, the Öner and Türk v. Turkey group of cases.

21 final resolutions were also adopted by the Committee in respect of 77 judgments and decisions of the European Court, concerning 17 different States.

In addition, the Committee adopted the indicative list of cases proposed for examination at its next "Human Rights" meeting which will take place from 14 to 16 September 2021 (1411th meeting).
