On 11 March, at the invitation of the Agent of the Government of Romania before the ECtHR, the Execution Department and senior officials from the National Prison Administration of Romania held online exchanges focusing on the implementation of judgments concerning psychiatric treatment and care in detention (group Ticu).
This videoconference provided a platform for a constructive exchange on the measures adopted and planned by the Romanian authorities in response to these judgments, including in respect of the individual situation of one of the applicants.
