This page contains information addressed to the representatives of youth organisations that have awarded grants from the EYF under the new Operational Regulations of the EYF (2025). 

The Guide to the grants of the European Youth Foundation contains important information about the implementation and reporting of your grants. Every year, the EYF secretariat updates the document with new information, for example the revised travel rates for the travel calculator, but also with other relevant information that we receive as feedback from our beneficiaries. Therefore it is important that you consult the relevant version of the Guide, to find the information that applies to your specific grant.

To understand which version of the Guide applies to you, you can refer to the year marked in the reference number of your grant. For example, if your grants' reference number contains the year 2026, then you should check the 2026 version of the Guide, the information that applies to your grant will be there.
