 About the project

The project “Enter your rights” aims to reduce the risk of exclusion of a group of young people in Gondomar, Portugal. The project will develop summertime workshops through non-formal methods, providing information and competences to a group of 15 young people between the ages of 15- 25 years old. The project aims to ensure that target group has a realistic and clear understanding of the rights inherent to them, and of how they can access their social rights in different areas.

The objectives of the project are:

• to reduce the risk of exclusion of the target group through providing relevant information on the areas targeted;
• to provide new information on the areas of education and training, employment, health, housing, information and counselling, sports, leisure and culture;
• To involve different relevant stakeholders in the process;
• to increase the active participation of young people with fewer opportunities;
• to promote the Enter! Recommendation and the work of the Council of Europe at a local and national level.

The activities planned within the project will be workshops on the aforementioned topics.
