Description

Kultur@Home Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar is an association promoting cultural education in the fields of classical and contemporary music, fine arts and photography, performing arts and literature. It supports civic dialogue and engagement in the fields of art and culture, the independent scene, young artists and cultural exchange on a national and international level.
The European Youth Orchestra Academy (EYOA) is the Association’s biggest project. The project invites 50 young European musicians aged 14 to 18 years to Mannheim and offers them a 10-day orchestra academy under the direction of a renowned conductor and in cooperation with the Mannheim Municipal Music School, with two final concerts as highlight of the workshop.
