Action against corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Within the third phase of the Horizontal Facility, Action against corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing in Bosnia and Herzegovina will strengthen the capacity of the institutions in preventing and combating economic crime, by focusing on the following objectives:
- Enhanced measures and capacities for corruption prevention;
- Improved anti-money laundering/countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) supervision and enforcement of preventive measures; and
- Strengthened capacities to effectively apply seizures and confiscations of illegal assets.
