A workshop on the legislative framework for the protection of whistleblowers was held on 20 January 2016 in Rabat. CoE expert Mr. Francesco Clementucci delivered an analysis and presentation on the conformity of the Moroccan Law on Protection of Whistleblowers with CoE standards in this area, namely the Council of Ministers Recommendation CM/Rec(2014)7. A detailed discussion on the key parameters of the Moroccan legislation took place and recommendations for its strengthening were discussed.
