One of the aims of the project is to train the senior officials and the officials from the Human Resources units on Ethical Leadership standards. In order to  achieve this, consecutive training events were held in Ankara, Turkey, during 17 and 20 March 2009. During the training seminars the participants were given case studies to discuss and  also became familiar with the training strategy and their role within it.
