In the framework of the SNAC2 project, a study visit of a Moroccan interagency delegation to Riga, Latvia, was organised on 1-3 March 2016. The Moroccan delegation included representatives from a broad range of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, law enforcement, judicial and inspections bodies. The Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau of Latvia (KNAB) hosted the delegation and coordinated the organization of the different meetings. The visit allowed to establish contacts between the Latvian and Moroccan institutions, thus paving the way for future cooperation. Furthermore, the exchanges with Latvian homologue agencies allowed to identify good practices to strengthen the Moroccan anti-corruption and anti-money laundering framework.
