Italy signed and ratified the Additional Protocol to the European Charter of Local Self-Government on the right to participate in the affairs of a local authority (CETS No. 207).
The Slovak Republic signed the Council of Europe Convention on the counterfeiting of medical products and similar crimes involving threats to public health (CETS No. 211).
