Back Commissioner Hammarberg meets Ministers of Foreign Affairs

[14/05/07 10:00] During the 117th session of the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers, Thomas Hammarberg held bilateral talks with Mr. Vartan Oskanian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, Mr. Elmar Mammadyarov, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Mr. Sven Alkalaj, Foreign Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Urmas Paet, Foreign Minister of Estonia, and Mr. Frans Timmermans, Minister for European Affairs of the Netherlands.
