The Council of Europe Project “Support to the Office of the Ombudsperson in the protection of human rights in the Republic of Moldova - Phase II” is launching a competitive bidding procedure for the provision of fully equipped conference/workshop halls and catering services in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, for two events scheduled to take place in November 2026, as follows:
• 3 November 2026: Project Steering Committee Meeting;
• 4–6 November 2026: Workshop on strengthening the institutional and operational effectiveness of the Ombudsperson’s Office through improved internal processes.
In this context, the Council of Europe invites interested providers to submit their offers in accordance with the attached documents.
The deadline for submission of offers is 21 October 2026 12h00 (Chișinău time).
