The Council of Europe Project “Support to the Office of the Ombudsperson in the protection of human rights in the Republic of Moldova - Phase II” is launching a competitive bidding procedure for local consultancy services to design and deliver a series of workshops aimed at strengthening the institutional and operational effectiveness of the Ombudsperson’s Office.
In this context, the Council of Europe invites interested providers to submit their offers in accordance with the attached documents.
The deadline for submission of offers is 12 October 2026 16h00 (Chișinău time).
