Preliminary work - preparation of the 10th CCPE opinion (2015)
For 2015, the Committee of Ministers entrusted the preparation of an opinion on the action of prosecutors within the framework of criminal investigation. The draft opinion has been submitted for adoption at the 10th plenary meeting of the CCPE, on 19 and 20 November 2015 in Strasbourg.
Working group
The first meeting of the working group in charge of preparing Opinion No. 10 took place in Strasbourg on 12-13 March 2015. The second meeting took place on 25-26 June 2015 in Paris.
