Marrakech conference on "Justice and investment: challenges and issues"
Following the success of the first edition of the Marrakech International Conference on Justice, organised in 2018 and dedicated to the independence of the judiciary from the perspective of guaranteeing the rights of litigants and respecting the rules of justice, the Ministry of Justice, the Higher Council of the Judiciary and the Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Kingdom of Morocco have decided to organise a second edition of the Marrakech conference on the theme: "Justice and investment: challenges and issues" on 21st and 22nd October 2019. More than 60 States will be represented and workshops will allow a large number of international speakers to express themselves. The Consultative Council of European Prosecutors (CCPE) will be represented at this Conference, following the invitation of the Presidency of the Moroccan Public Prosecutor's Office which participates in the work of this Council.
