16-18 March 2022: CCPE contributes to the Judicial Ethics Course

The Judicial Ethics Course will take place on 16-18 March 2022 in Florence, Italy, within the framework of the Italian Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The course will be based on the Council of Europe and European Union legal instruments, as well as the relevant case law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union. The CCPE will be represented by Mr Antonio Mura, member of the CCPE Working Group and Prosecutor General at the Court of Appeal of Rome, who will make a presentation within the framework of the session entitled “Ethics, deontology, judicial and prosecutorial functions: between efficiency, perception and effectiveness”. Other members of the CCPE are invited to attend this event.
