The Council of Europe is launching a call for the provision of printing, design and publication services in Azerbaijan within the framework of the EU/Council of Europe Partnership for Good Governance II project “Raising awareness of the Istanbul Convention and other gender equality standards in Azerbaijan”.
The purpose of this call is to identify three printing, design and publication providers with outstanding quality features to support the implementation of the project’s publications. In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for a maximum of three providers to provide printing, design and publication services.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File under the clauses “Tender rules” and “Documents to be provided”. The deadline for submission of applications is 15 September 2020.
Selected service providers will be consulted on an as-needed-basis.
