Back Launch of the CAHAI Multi-stakeholder Consultation

Launch of the CAHAI Multi-stakeholder Consultation

After the adoption of its feasibility study in December 2020, the CAHAI is now preparing the elements of a legal framework on the design, development and application of artificial intelligence (AI) based on Council of Europe’s standards on human rights, democracy and the rule of law.

A multi-stakeholder consultation is being launched today to gather the views of a broad range of institutional representatives (not individuals) on some key issues arising in the development of the-above-mentioned elements.

The aim of the consultation is to help the CAHAI Legal Frameworks Group, which is in charge of preparing the main elements of this future legal framework, inform its choices based on the feedback that will be collected during the consultation.

The questionnaire is now accessible from the CAHAI website on a dedicated page to the consultation, where further information and materials about the consultation can be found.

It will be open until the 9 May 6pm (UTC+1) COB.
