Poland
Poland ratified the 1961 European Social Charter on 25/06/1997 accepting 58 of the Charter’s 72 paragraphs.
It ratified the Amending Protocol to the Charter on 25/06/1997. It has signed, but not yet ratified the Revised European Social Charter on 25/10/2005.
It has not signed the Additional Protocol to the European Social Charter, nor the Additional Protocol providing for a system of collective complaints.

Collective complaints procedure
Poland has not signed the Additional Protocol to the European Social Charter, nor the Additional Protocol providing for a system of collective complaints.
