Beschreibung

Fonds Belval is the public organisation established by the Government of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg for the development of the City of Science, Research and Innovation (“Cité des Sciences, de la Recherche et de l’Innovation”) and is the contractor for the construction of government projects on the industrial wasteland at Belval.
The Belval plant is located in the south of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the centre of Luxembourg’s steel industry. Blast furnace A is open to the public and offers access to the 40m high viewing platform.
The Belval Blast Furnaces are an Individual Site of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
