Second field mission regarding Corruption Risk Assessment in Public ProcurementFrom 5 to 8 December 2016, a Council of Europe expert assisted by the PECK II Project Team conducted a second field mission in Kosovo with regard to corruption risk assessment in public procurement sector. The expert met with various relevant stakeholders involved in procurement activities at central and local levels in order to identify the main corruption risks and vulnerabilities in this sector.
