Higher education: highlights of 2007
2007 has been a dynamic year for the Council of Europe in higher education. Along with its traditional areas of competences, the Council of Europe was charged by Ministers responsible for higher education with a new task of coordinating national experiences in setting up qualifications frameworks. 2007 saw the launch of two projects: the flagship project on ‘University between Humanism and Market’and the higher education project in Serbia.
