Back Secretary General expresses condolences to UK for victims of Manchester attack

Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland has written a letter of condolence to UK Prime Minister Theresa May following the terrorist attack at a pop concert in Manchester which has left at least 22 people dead and 59 injured.

He said he was shocked to hear the news and his thoughts were with the families and friends of the victims of the attack. All members of the Council of Europe are deeply saddened by the horrific attack and express their solidarity with the UK.
