Mr Rafael Bustos Gisbert, member of the Venice Commission in respect of Spain, participated in a meeting of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) of the European Parliament.

Mr Bustos Gisbert presented the Updated Rule of Law Checklist and took part in the subsequent exchange of views with members of the Committee.
