146th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission

During its 146th Plenary Session, the Venice Commission had an exchange of views with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset.

It furthermore adopted six Opinions in respect of six countries (Finland, Lithuania, Republic of Moldova, Peru, Poland and the Slovak Republic), an amicus curiae brief for the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova and two reports.
