The online compendium presents over 270 resources developed within the No Hate Speech Movement youth campaign by National Campaigns, partners and the Council of Europe.
The resources listed are freely available, but please acknowledge the author and/or source when using them.

Each listed resource includes a short abstract summarising the resource content, publishing date, author(s) and other relevant information. Where authors are unknown the National Campaign is listed or it’s marked as Non-Available (N/A).

“Youth Ambassadors” model in Norway
Description: To give voice to young people and establish a youth-driven national campaign, the No Hate Speech Movement campaign in Norway recruited eight ambassadors aged 15 to 21 from different parts of Norway and with different identity profiles – all of whom had been targets of hate speech. The ambassadors were role models and representatives for the movement publicly. They initiated and organised activities, held speeches at demonstrations, participated in debates, wrote feature stories for the newspapers, held workshops, and visited schools. Through educational activities, the youth ambassadors developed competences (knowledge, skills and attitudes) in responding to hate speech, strengthened knowledge about hate speech and became aware of the consequences and importance of combating hate speech. The resource here includes the call for youth ambassadors and the session outline and programme of the first and second gatherings with Youth Ambassadors. The materials are available in Norwegian.
