Focal Points
Role
The HELP Focal Points are persons of contact between the HELP Secretariat and the National Training Institutions for judges and prosecutors (NTIs). They are appointed by the NTIs and act as their representatives within the HELP Network.
The HELP Focal Points:
- Liaise regularly with their national training institutions and the HELP Secretariat to coordinate the launching of HELP courses for judges and prosecutors in their respective countries.
- Deliver public presentations on the HELP Programme and its courses within their respective countries.
- Participate in the HELP Network meetings (e.g. HELP Annual Network Conference, HELP in the EU Conference).
