New European Youth Foundation grants awarded for 2027

We are happy to announce that 23 projects have been awarded a grant for 2027 by the Programming Committee on Youth at their last meeting (30 June – 1 July 2026).

These grants were part of the 96 proposals that were received by the European Youth Foundation for the deadline of 1 April 2026 for both the one-off international youth co-operation activity and for the long-term youth co-operation projects’ call.

The awarded grants have a combined funding amount of €914 474 for 11 long-term international co-operation projects and for 12 one-off international youth activities.

These projects will address key issues such as climate justice, eco anxiety, sustainability through decolonial learnings, advocacy actions, strategic movement building, youth work and Human Rights Education, democratic backsliding, pluralistic democracy at local level, energy transition using municipal level decision-making processes, access to health rights, combating xenophobia, youth participation and intercultural dialogue.
