The centre-piece of Enter! since the outset has been the training of youth workers active to improve the living conditions of young people in disadvantaged neighbourhoods. The Enter! long term training course provides complementary training courses for youth workers and those working on youth policies on how to promote social rights for young people.

Three long-term training courses were carried out involving over 80 participants altogether and as many local youth work interventions. The courses supported practitioners to improve, extend and reshape their youth work practices in order to include social rights concerns in the activities they carry out with young people. Each course included several residential seminars, project-based learning by participants, online learning and mentoring. In the spirit of the long term training course, the youth workers/participants develop their experiences and learning by designing, evaluating a youth work project according to a set of criteria common to all participants. These projects provide also evidence for other future projects and youth policy interventions.

In addition to the long term training course, organised at the European Youth Centre in Budapest and Strasbourg, other courses were organised , notably in the framework of bi-lateral cooperation with the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
