The Council of Europe Education Department has launched a call for tenders for the provision of consultancy services in the framework of the initiative to establish a Centre for Preventing and Countering Education Fraud.
The aim of this tender is to create a pool of consultants with expertise in:
- preventing and countering education fraud (Lot 1)
- strategic communication and outreach (Lot 2)
The selected providers will contribute to the implementation of the Centre's activities under a Framework Contract valid until 31 December 2029. The project builds on Recommendation CM/Rec(2022)18 on countering education fraud, adopted by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, and supports the Council of Europe’s Education Strategy “Learners First” 2024–2030.

Answers will be published in anonymised form, in English, on the platform.
