Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni met today at the Council of Europe with Maya Manolova, Ombudsman of Bulgaria. Topics of discussion included violence against women and the situation of migrant and refugee children.
The Deputy Secretary General emphasised the importance of the Ombudsman’s work in these fields, as well as of co-operation with the Council of Europe.
