The workshop organized by the CoE/EU Horizontal Facility Action against Economic Crime in Montenegro held on 12 – 13 November 2018, focused on strengthening the reporting and information dissemination capacities of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
During the two days, 26 employees of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption discussed with the Council of Europe expert shortcomings of the existing reporting practices, including lack of statistical data, descriptive vs analytical approach in reporting, and lack of clarity with regard to key messages being delivered. In addition to reviewing current reporting and information sharing practices, participants had the opportunity to work on reporting templates together with the expert incorporating the lessons learned to their respective areas of their work.
