The works presented today show us how the Council of Europe’s key values : human rights, democracy, and rule of law; can be applied through the art.” – mentioned Giulia Re, the Head ad interim of the Council of Europe Office in Chisinau.

The participants had the opportunity to admire an open-air painting exhibition, which displayed the works of the finalists of the national fine arts competition "My house is also your house: together in safety", organised within the Council of Europe project “Strengthening the human rights protection of refugees and migrants in the Republic of Moldova.
